This weekend I cleaned up my balcony, and planted some first springtime plants. It's a very sheltered spot, so I guess it will be okay, even if it gets cold again.
I planted some pots with early bloomers: Daisies, pansies, primroses, tulips, hyacinths and daffodils:
The two rockery pots I planted last autumn survived the winter quite well, just the lavender bush in the big pot does not look good - it alredy didn't look healthy before winter broke in. We'll see.
The blue pot next to the freshly planted ones will house tomatoes. I seeded them, as well as some herbs. During the night, I put them inside, but during daytime they are outside so they should have enough light.
The hyacinths and tulips I planted in September are also growing quite niceley, they seem to have survived the cold temperatures in February amazingly well:
And this is what's still waiting to be planted - I need to buy some more pots:
That's it for now - happy springtime to all of you!
